Terms of Use

These terms apply to the website and the Anandam mobile app run by Anandam Foundation (registration no. DEL-AR25711-20122016). By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• All programs are donation-based – registration is free; contribution is voluntary.
• A registration reserves a place, subject to availability. We may confirm it by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• We may change the date, time, venue, guide or format of a program, or cancel it, when necessary. Registered members will be informed.
• Online session join links are personal. Please do not share or record sessions without permission.
• Please follow the guidance of the facilitators and respect other participants at our venues and online.

• Contributions are voluntary gifts to support the Foundation's work. They are not a fee for any service.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A contribution is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment, and a receipt is then issued.
• Monthly contributions can be changed, paused or cancelled at any time from My account or the app.
• 80G tax receipts are issued only when the Foundation's 80G approval is in force and you have provided a valid PAN.
• Refunds are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Meditation, talks and counselling sessions support wellbeing, but they are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and do not replace advice from a qualified professional. Please consult a doctor before a practice if you have a health condition, and follow your own comfort and limits.

Counselling requests are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or the national Tele-MANAS helpline 14416.

Keep access to your email or phone secure – anyone with it can sign in to your account. Give accurate details, and tell us if you notice anything unusual. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Please do not misuse the website or app – for example by trying to break its security, sending spam, collecting other people's data, or posting content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Talks, meditations, images, text and the Anandam name and logo belong to Anandam Foundation or are used with permission. You may share links and use the in-app sharing features for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission.

We work to keep the website and app accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Anandam Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
